Every Gmundner piece is shaped, glazed and painted in a single manufactory on the shores of the Traunsee, the way it has been done since 1492. Nothing is automated. Nothing is made anywhere else.
HOW IT IS MADE
Each piece passes through turners, glazers and painters, finished by one of twenty-five painters trained for years in a technique UNESCO recognised as living cultural heritage. No two pieces are ever identical, and yours is the only one exactly like it.
